These End User Terms apply to end users (i.e. you) when using Unplex’s services. Your use of the services is also governed by the agreement entered into between Unplex and your employer or organisation (referred to as the 'Subscriber'), and these End User Terms are subject to that agreement.
Please note that you must keep your access credentials to the services safe and not share them with other individuals (including colleagues). If you suspect or discover any unauthorised access to or use of Unplex’s services and/or any access credentials, please notify Unplex immediately via email at legal@unplex.ai.
Your employer or organisation has been provided with administrative privileges to manage your account. These administrators can: (i) add, remove and suspend end users’ access to the Services; (ii) access, share and remove stored input; and (iii) access logging and information about end users’ use of the Services.
To provide Unplex’s services, Unplex may processes your personal data. You can read about how Unplex processes your personal data and rights in relation to the processing in Unplex’s privacy notice www.unplex.ai/legal.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and share input with Unplex, and for using input in the Services. You are permitted to use the output from Unplex’s Services for commercial purposes, such as sale or publication. However, you are responsible for verifying that the output does not infringe any third party’s rights and for evaluating its accuracy.
Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields of study and Unplex is constantly working to improve the Services to make them more accurate, reliable, safe and beneficial. However, given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of the Services may, in some situations, result in incorrect output that does not accurately reflect real people, places or facts.
Thus, please note that output generated through the Services shall not be viewed as legal advice, and Unplex does not warrant the output’s legal accuracy, sufficiency or compliance. Unplex is not a law firm, does not practise law, and does not provide legal advice. Therefore, Unplex does not accept any legal responsibility for legal advice or information derived from the output.
Please note that you must not:
(i) use Unplex’s services in a way that infringes, misappropriates or violates any person’s rights,
(ii) access or use Unplex’s services in excess of the permitted capacity,
(iii) sub-licence,rent, sell, lease, distribute or otherwise transfer its right to access or use Unplex’s services or otherwise use or allow others to use Unplex’s services for the benefit of any third party,
(iv) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, reverse compile, disassemble, decrypt, translate or derive the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms or reviewdata structures of Unplex’s servicesor any portion thereof, except as permitted by applicable law,
(v) modify, customise, port, translate,localise or create derivative works (including but not limited to creating new or extending existing tables or databases) of Unplex’s services,
(vi) except as permitted through any API offered by Unplex, use any automated or programmatic method to extract data or output from Unplex’s services, including scraping, web harvesting, or web data extraction, gain or attempt to gain non-permitted access by any means to anyUnplex computer system, network or database,
(vii) access all or any part of Unplex’s services in order to build a product or service which competes with Unplex’s services,
(viii) introduce or permit the introduction of, any virus or malware into Unplex’s network and information systems,
(ix) file copyright or patent applications that include Unplex’sservices or any portion thereof,
(x) use Unplex’s services in a manner that interferes or attempts to interfere with the proper working of Unplex’s services, and/or
(xi) use Unplex’s services to create, share or store clearly offensive or inappropriate material.
Failure to adhere to these usage restrictions may resultin your accessto Unplex’s services being suspended or terminated.
Unplex and its Affiliates or licensors (as the case may be) own all rights, title and interest in and to the services, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights included therein, as well as any modifications, updates or upgrades thereof. Nothing in these End User Terms shall be considered a transfer or licence of those rights, except as explicitly stated herein.
However, for the avoidance of doubt, Unplex does not own your input, e.g. uploaded documents, templates or information.
Feedback, comments, ideas, proposals and suggestions for improvements (collectively, 'feedback') are encouraged by Unplex.Please note that Unplex may use feedback without restriction or compensation, and that any intellectual property rights resulting therefrom shall vest exclusively in Unplex.
Unplex may amend these End User Terms from time to time. Any and all amendments to these general terms and conditions will be posted at www.unplex.ai/legal and indicate the date they were last updated. Amendments will become effective thirty (30) days after posting, or such later date stated by Unplex.
These End User Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be handled between Unplex and the Subscriber.
